Some has been asking what products I use on my skin and here are some of it. I do not have a normal skin type. What I have is very sensitive and sometimes dry kind of skin. I’m diagnosed with atopic dermatits or mild case of eczema. Here are some products that were prescribed to me by my derma but anyone can also use it and some you can be found in drug stores.
I didn’t include the bath products but what I use is Dove cream bar or St. Ive’s Oatmeal and Shea Butter Moisturizing body wash.
PHYSIOGEL CLEANSER- I’m in love with Physiogel products! My doctor prescribed me some other brands but I always stick to Physiogel. The cleanser always gives me a fresh feeling and it’s works great for removing makeup.
PHYSIOGEL CREAM– This is the best moisturizer for me. A little goes a long way. I apply it to both my face and body. It may look oily on the face but as soon as you wake up, you can really feel how soft your skin is. Plus I also apply it before I put on any makeup. It acts as a primer and makeup won’t dry my skin.
MD THERAPY EXFOLIATING BODY LOTION– it contains both mandelic and malic acid. I only use this for my body. This is like a chemical peel for dark spots on my skin caused by episodes of eczema or scars that results from scratching. What I like about this is, it’s very mild and it doesn’t stings at all. Plus it moisturizes and evens my natural skin tone.
SUNSCREEN– When the weather is really hot outside, I put on some sunscreens after moisturizing. I also use this on my body after the exfoliating lotion to avoid burning sensations which doesn’t happen at all. Better to be safe under the sun.
The key to a soft skin is to always moisturize and don’t forget to remove makeup before you go to bed. So that’s it for my skin routine and thanks to those who asked.
