Life In Photos: Mostly Travels

The first trip I have this year was when we went to Boracay with my cousins, aunt, and uncle. We were waiting for a ride back to the port when that photo was taken. If you haven’t read my trip to Boracay yet, click here. I have yet to post a part 2 of the trip.

That waterfall is one among many I have seen during my travel trips so far. This one was located at Tibiao, Antique. It’s not as hard to get there compared to when we trekked for seems like an eternity in Bucari, Leon.

Most of our trips were by land. The longest road trip I have was from Iloilo City to Caticlan which was  5 hours. Next was from Iloilo City to Culasi, Antique, with a 30-minute difference. I spent most of the hours sleeping hoping the minute I wake up, we’re on our destination already.

My boyfriend is a seafarer and he’s back after 7 months of being apart together. Expect more food dates and an increase on the weighing scale.

I always wear these bracelets whenever I’m traveling. I just find it pretty. The marble bracelet is actually a long distance relationship bracelet. My boyfriend has the other black one.

My 3 cousins went home from abroad together and I’m so glad. We’re finally complete, well, almost. Lol, I applied that effect on the photo cos we couldn’t fit in the square.

Aside from beaches, I have also been traveling in the mountains. My body isn’t meant for hiking but it was worth it, the view was definitely worth it.

Me chilling on a banana floatie minutes before I got carried sooo far away from the shoreline. Omg, I was so scared. My cousin lost its grip and couldn’t chase me anymore. Imagine just floating there alone in the middle of the ocean. Good thing there’s a guy with a paddle boat who rescued me. I still laugh every time I remember that moment.

Yeah, good thing his vacation is a lot longer compared to last time. Boracay won’t go anywhere, go there if time permits. 🙂

I’m a clingy person, so I can’t stand 7 months of being apart. 🙁 It must be tough, but at least you still get to see each other after 7 months <3 I'm so happy for you!

Almost everyone I know is going to Boracay or went to Boracay. I'm the only one who hasn't been there yet. Even my family went to Boracay already. Haha!

I’m clingy too. So even if he’s away, we chat or video call each other as much as we can. Yay for internet! 😊 Haha, well there are so many places to see that’s better than Boracay. Like in Cebu. Maybe someday, you can go to Bora too.

Looks like you had a lot of fun here! That waterfall looks so pretty! I love any waterfall a lot anyway but the really high ones are just so nice!
Also the idea of having long-distance bracelets is so nice! I love that they´re marble too (which blogger wouldn´t?)

I got used to it. 🙂 7 months apart, 3 months together then apart again for 7 months.

Awww congratulations on your bf’s home-coming, Alissa! <3 I've had my fair share of LDR, for about ten months. And I knew then that I am not a kind of person to survive that. I really have this need to see my bf every now and then. It's great how so cool you are about him being a seafarer. Para sa pamumuhay, yes? <3 More power to your relationship!

Huhu, your travels make me so jealous. School's really busy these days. I just hope to graduate soon, and take a break to go travelling everywhere! XD

Do you think you would vlog some of your next travels? Like the one in Iloilo City a few months ago? Vlogging is a piece of work, aint it? Hehe. i hope you do!

That’s what he wants to do and I’m okay with that. He’s always been there naman, not just physically. Thank God for internet. And thank you 🙂
I posted a vlog last week. I have yet to write a blog post about it so I can put it there. 🙂
