One of my favorite blogger Camie from Wild-Spirit has a segment on her blog called Getting To Know You and Me. Since I’m one of her avid readers, I think it would be fun to answer this. It’s a great way to learn about other readers of her blog and I would like them to know me more too.
Are you sunrise, daylight, twilight, or night? Please share why you picked your time of day?
As much as I love the moon and the serenity of the night, I would still choose twilight. There’s nothing more beautiful than watch the sky change its colors, watch the sun set and the moon rise all at once. Plus the idea that another day has passed and a new one is coming soon is just amazing.
What is one goal you’d like to accomplish in your lifetime?
I think Camie and I has the same answer to this too. I think all of us do. To travel the world. It doesn’t matter if I’m with friends, family or just me. I want to see the world with my own eyes and experience other country’s cultures. Traveling can do so many things to you. It helps you find who you really are and you see things in a different light.
If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
Hmm. I think I would love to meet Joan of Arc. Her bravery and faith is remarkable.
You’ve discovered a time machine. Where and when would you travel to?
Hmm. This is tough. I don’t know where exactly I would travel but I’ve always been intrigued by the past. I wonder what it’s like living in a different era in a different country, wearing different clothes, talking in a posh and funny way.
If your life had a slogan, what would it say?
“You Got This”. Sometimes fear gets in the way to what I really want to do and have to do. Sometimes it might take some time to actually do it but at the end, I find myself saying “You got this” over and over again until I do it. It really works. When I’m really frustrated, I’ll add another phrase: “Fvck it. I’ll do it. I got this.” LOL. Sorry for my French.
If you want to answer these too, go to Camie's blog and leave your answers on the comment section or write it as a blog post like I did. 🙂
