We all know how friendships can be quite hard when you’re an adult: different free time schedules, busy with work, balancing priorities, among others. Those make us harder to catch up with friends sometimes, how much more to travel together for days. Good thing we found the perfect time —semestral break! It works since Claire, my best friend since High School is a teacher and Pam, her cousin is a student. And I being a freelancer, I can just adjust my schedule. We found a great deal for a plane to Cebu City last year. Our tickets were free. Thanks to our combined Cebu Pacific Get Go points!
Travel Tip: always use your get go code when booking. Visit the site cos you can get free tickets using your points sometimes.
Anyway, we booked the tickets last year and swear to ourselves that we will push this trip. You know, sometimes planned meetings just doesn’t happen? Well, I’m glad this one did!
We stayed at an AirBnb near Ayala area. For two days, our breakfast was Jollibee as it’s a walking distance from where we stayed. Lol. Gotta love Jollibee.
We were part of a joiner tour and it’s so much more convenient than going to these places ourselves via Grab or commuting. Some of the places were far from each other. It also helps with our limited budget than renting a whole car with just the three of us.
Here’s the part one of our one-day city tour. The first stop: Sirao Garden or Little Amsterdam. Enjoy the photos!
I just love playing around with Lightroom these days. I’m kind of worried the colors won’t match my blog but I decided that it doesn’t really matter anyway. Not all photos fit just one filter, at least that’s how I think.
Stay tuned for more blog posts! And have you noticed anything? I changed my blog theme!
