I have this habit of checking out the app store once in awhile and download some apps I might fancy. I would try them all and delete the ones that I don’t really like but sometimes I ran across a great app and would keep them on my phone. Some of them I listed on this post and they’re the 7 apps I’ve been loving lately. And these are all free.
Who says coloring books are only for kids? Colorfy is a digital coloring book for adults. At first I thought the idea sounds boring but I tried it and surprisingly, it’s fun! It features various images to color from florals, to animals to mandalas and other things. It also lets you download free images to color weekly and free palettes to use. It’s therapeutic and lets your creative juices flow.
2. DISNEY TSUM TSUM
Just look at those balls of cuteness! The game is to connect the same 3 or more characters within the given time. The music is also cute and it motivates you to really get on the game. I just don’t like how it only lets you play when you have internet connection and sometimes the app has errors. I hope they will fix it soon. But overall, I am addicted to this game.
3. PLANT NANNY
I am bad at keeping myself hydrated. Plant nanny lets you remind to drink water depending on how many glasses of water you need for your body. Every time you drink, you press the cup icon. The more you drink water, the more your plant will grow. This is my plant Eevee, the poison ivy. Look how cute she is! It lets you plant other kinds of flowers too when your first one is already in full bloom. Plus it lets you decorate your pot, your background and it lets you name your plant!
Peak is an app that exercises your brain. Everyday, you get to play a workout where it involves series of different mini games. Every time I play, there’s always a new game you get to play so you never get bored. It also lets you see how well you’ve been doing by comparing your result to your previous ones.
5. QUIZ UP
This app is like a trivia game where it lets you play with your friends, or random people all over the world. It has hundreds of topic you can choose from. I personally like to play under the nursing topic, general knowledge, movies and science. But it has other topics too like your favorite video games, tv shows and even your favorite celebrities!
This is my all time favorite adventure game on my phone. The graphics and sounds is in the best quality and the levels are challenging. It features a black ball of furry who is set to go through obstacles in each level. Sometimes they get really tiny, sometimes they get really big and sometimes they multiply. It’s entertaining. You should download this app and see it for yourself. You can also get to play up to 4 players at once.
7. ANGRY BIRD POP
It’s a classic popping bubbles of the same color game but I like how colorful and challenging it is. This is my substitute for Candy Crush since I deleted it cuz I can’t get out from a level and I got tired of it. haha.
